TEACHER
Soile Mäkelä (TeM) is a founding member of Teatteri Metamorfoosi and a theater teacher who graduated from University of the Arts Helsinki, Theatre Academy in 2008. She approaches theater-making from a physical point of view, in the spirit of the French Lecoq pedagogy. Soile's most important teachers and inspirations on his own clowning journey have been Giovanni Fusetti, Mario Gonzalez, Pierre Byland and Philippe Gaulier, and of course all of Soile's own numerous clown course students, with whom he has been able to unravel the great mystery of clownery.
